Entry is complete when the online entry is completed and the entry fee received. Entry fees will not be refunded and entries are not transferable.

Ride Shirts:

We do our best to ensure that all registered cyclists receive a shirt (100% cotton Comfort Colors). Extra shirts are ordered in anticipation of late registrations (May 5 and later). However, because of the uncertainty of correct sizes, cyclists registering after May 3 cannot be guaranteed a correct shirt size and cannot be guaranteed a shirt.

Field Limit:

200 team field limit.

Team Composition:

A Double Century team must be composed of 1-8 cyclists.

* Mix-a-roo: for teams that don’t fit our standard team categories and wish to create their own combination. Exchanges and support are permitted at the designated support/exchange zones only.

Team Captain:

The Team Captain must be a member of the team. Once a team is registered, all communication between the team and the Black and Blue must go through the Team Captain. It is the Team Captain’s responsibility to share all applicable information with team members.

Team Entry Confirmation:

The team captain will receive an email confirmation shortly after registering.

Substitutions / Additions:

Substitutions and Additions may be emailed to the race directors at  The name of the Team Member being replaced must also be identified when substituting. Team substitutions/additions are free up until April 30. Thereafter, any additions or substitutions will cost $10 per person. Substitutions/Additions made after April 30, cannot be guaranteed a correct event shirt size.
